LIFETIME WARRANTY

Overstock Pooltables warrants each billiard table against defective materials and workmanship for the life of the table with the original purchaser (Owner). This warranty does not imply Overstock Pooltables will replace the entire table. This warranty includes repair or replacement of the cabinet, legs, interior framing, hardware and the slate playing field.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Overstock Polltables neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for Overstock Pooltables any other obligation or liability in connection with said product. This does not apply to damage resulting from an accident, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or any other natural calamity. For one year after the date of the sale to the Owner, this warranty will cover labor and the replacement of defective components or material and the Owner will be responsible for the cost to ship to Overstock Pooltables and labor.


CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Owner must have original receipt form an authorized Overstock Pooltables dealer. This warranty is non-transferable and may be enforced by only one Owner. This warranty does not include table leveling.

Any breakage or failure must be proven to Overstock Pooltables' satisfaction to be solely due to a defect in workmanship or material. Any damage caused by carelessness, improper treatment, adjustment by the owner or other party, will full or negligent act or omission of the Owner or another party, damage or destruction of the building in which the table is installed or any of its systems, or failure to maintain proper environmental condition for the table is excluded from the coverage under this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to tables in an institutional or commercial setting.

Overstock Pooltables will have no liability whatsoever if repairs or replacements are made by anyone not approved in advance by Overstock Pooltables in writing.

Overstock Pooltables will not be liable for direct, consequential, incidental, or special damages, or of punitive, statutory, or exemplary damages, resulting form or in any manner relating to the table, or any breach by Overstock Pooltables this warranty.
